Fundraising Commitment

All families registering skaters with the Three Hills Figure Skating Club are expected to contribute to the Club’s fundraising efforts throughout the skating season.

Families will be provided with opportunities to participate in fundraising activities organized by the Club. Participation may include volunteering at fundraising events, selling fundraising products, assisting with activities, or other opportunities identified by the Club.

Fundraising Opt-Out

Families who do not wish to participate in fundraising may choose to opt out by contributing a $30 donation per skater. This donation will be used to support the Club’s programs and help offset costs that fundraising would otherwise cover.

The $30 donation is an alternative to participating in fundraising and is not a penalty or additional registration fee.

Non-Participation

Families who acknowledge and commit to participating in fundraising but do not participate in the fundraising opportunities provided during the season will be billed a $50 fundraising fee per skater at the end of the skating season.

The $50 fee will apply to each skater registered with the Club whose family has committed to fundraising but has not fulfilled their fundraising participation commitment.

Administration

By registering with the Three Hills Figure Skating Club, families acknowledge this policy and agree to participate in fundraising activities throughout the skating season.

The Three Hills Figure Skating Club appreciates the efforts of all families who contribute their time and support to fundraising. These contributions help the Club continue to offer skating opportunities to our community while keeping registration costs as affordable as possible.
