Three Hills Skating Club Refund Policy
CanSkate – Fall or Winter Session
A skater may withdraw from a CanSkate Fall or Winter session for a full refund, minus a $20 administration fee, prior to the program’s start date.
Once the program has started, skaters have up to two weeks to withdraw. During this period, refunds will be prorated based on whether it is the first or second week, and will still be subject to the $20 administration fee.
No refunds will be issued if a skater withdraws after the two-week window.

The Skate Canada Fee of $61.65 is non-refundable.

In cases of medical withdrawal, a medical note may be required if the injury or condition is not visibly apparent. Refunds will be prorated based on the number of sessions attended.

No refunds are issued due to inclement weather, unexpected closures, or missed sessions. There are no make-up sessions offered.

The Three Hills Skating Club reserves the right to cancel programs due to insufficient registration
STARSkate
For skaters in STARSkate programs:

Withdrawals made before the start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $20 administration fee.

After the program begins, there is a two-week window to withdraw for a prorated refund, based on the number of sessions attended, less the $20 administration fee.

No refunds will be issued after this two-week period.
In the case of a medical withdrawal, a medical note may be required if the issue is not visually evident. Medical refunds will be calculated based on:

Prorated number of sessions skated

Account status (including amounts owing)

Status with all coaches and other service providers

$20 administration fee

Refunds can take up to 30 days to process and will be issued only to the original payee.
